Explore our Delta Day Trip and discover the natural beauty of the Delta and northern suburbs of Buenos Aires on this full-day private tour.
As you make your way through Buenos Aires, your guide will explain you about this region of the city, pointing out sites of interest on the way to the port.
The northern suburbs of the city, originally home to the grand “quintas” (or summer houses) of BA’s 19th-century aristocracy, still conserve the most prosperous residences in the area. You will make your first stop in San Isidro, to visit its historic center and Neo-Gothic style famous Cathedral.
Upon arrival to port, you will board a shared first class motorboat for an unforgettable Delta navigation across the most important rivers and charming streams. As you move through the water, you’ll learn about the singular life of people in the Delta: their houses, schools, churches, the Sarmiento House museum and places of leisure, frequently chosen by local people who like to enjoy nature a few miles away from the city.
At midday you’ll enjoy an excellent lunch on an exclusive and typical restaurant called Gato Blanco and return to port to visit Tigre neighbourhood and ride back to your hotel.
